Advice, development and monitoring of sub-ledgers within the relevant business areas Actively participate in projects aimed at optimising and automating accounting processes, including the definition of booking logics and data flows Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports in accordance with IFRS and Swiss Banking GAAP (RVI) Provide expert support related to internal and external audits, and for reconciliations between finance systems and core banking platforms Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments such as Group Tax, Management Accounting, IT Operations, and Payroll Participate in the testing, implementation, and rollout of new functionalities in SAP and core banking systems Support in ensuring data quality and further developing internal controls. Analysis, specification, and optimisation of existing processes Provide training to employees and prepare user documentation (primarily in English) Support the individual locations worldwide from a financial accounting perspective Ensuring consistent adherence to internal control systems
