02You take technical ownership from conception through implementation, testing, release, and operation in production
03You design pragmatic, scalable, and maintainable solutions and contribute to architectural decisions across the Android platform
04You actively participate in technical discussions and challenge existing solutions constructively, balancing product needs, technical quality, security and reliability
05You enable your teammates through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, pair programming, mentoring, and constructive feedback
06You perform thoughtful code reviews and help maintain high standards for code quality, architecture, testing, security, and maintainability
07You support us in analyzing complex problems in the context of L3 support, in handling incidents
08You continuously improve our engineering practices, development processes, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and overall developer experience
09You help evolve our testing strategy, with a strong focus on reliable automated UI and integration testing
10You are constantly working on the continuous improvement of our platform
