↳Several years of experience delivering and operating production data solutions.
↳Strong background in cloud data engineering across ingestion, transformation, orchestration, deployment, monitoring and troubleshooting, with AWS preferred.
↳Strong Python and SQL skills, along with practical experience developing distributed data-processing workloads with PySpark (Experience with AWS Glue and GitLab CI/CD is preferred).
↳Sound knowledge of data modelling, data quality, security, documentation and maintainable engineering practices, with experience in data governance or sensitive data a plus.
↳Experience with People Analytics, HR Technology, Workday, SAP, data governance, or other sensitive and regulated data is beneficial.
↳Autonomous, pragmatic and engaged, you take initiative and drive work to results.
↳Communicative, you explain technical topics clearly and focus on business outcomes.
↳Team-oriented, you collaborate across functions and support colleagues through mentoring.
↳Fluent English; other Swiss national languages are an advantage.
