0301Independently draft, review and negotiate a broad range of complex, high-value commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with Group policies and business objectives
02Act as lead legal counsel on cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and other strategic investments, managing the full transaction lifecycle and coordinating internal stakeholders and external advisors across multiple jurisdictions
03Provide legal advice on financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities and other Group financing arrangements, partnering with the finance function on strategic and structuring matters across jurisdictions
04Management of disputes, dispute resolution and litigation and/or investigations across the Group's international operations, including selection and oversight of external counsel and reporting on material matters to senior management
05Monitor and assess key legal and regulatory developments across the jurisdictions in which the Group operates, and proactively advise the business on their implications and implementation
06Contribute to the development and maintenance of Group-wide legal policies, processes and best practices, and provide guidance to business stakeholders on their application
