SENIOR PROJEKTLEITER:IN BRANDSCHUTZ 60-100% - ZÜRICH

IHRE AUFGABEN:

Entwicklung von Brandschutzkonzepten und Erstellung von Nachweisen im ingenieurmässigen Brandschutz für Gebäude und Infrastrukturbauten
Beratung von Bauherrschaften, Architekt:innen, Fachplaner:innen und ausführenden Stellen
Abstimmung und Verhandlung mit Behörden sowie Begleitung von Bewilligungsprozessen
Verantwortung für Qualitätssicherung im Brandschutz in der Ausführung
Führung und fachliche Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden in Projekten
Zusammenarbeit mit hausinternen Spezialist:innen aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen
Mitwirkung bei Akquisition, Kundenpflege und der Weiterentwicklung des Fachbereichs Brandschutz

Responsabilités

Development of fire protection concepts and preparation of evidence in engineering fire protection for buildings and infrastructure
Consultation of clients, architects, specialist planners, and executing parties
Coordination and negotiation with authorities as well as support in approval processes
Responsibility for quality assurance in fire protection during execution
Leadership and technical support of employees in projects
Collaboration with internal specialists from various fields
Participation in acquisition, client care, and further development of the fire protection department

Exigences

Completed education in engineering, architecture, or comparable professional background
Several years of experience in structural, technical, and organizational fire protection
VKF certificate as fire protection specialist or fire protection expert
Very good knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines
Experience in leading and coordinating demanding fire protection projects
Confident appearance in dealing with clients, planners, authorities, and other project participants
Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of responsibility, client contact, and teamwork
Very good oral and written German skills
