Team Lead - Industrial Support Engineering - High Speed Turbochargers (m/f/d) (80-100%) Are you an experienced mechanical engineer ready to shape and build a new team? In this newly created team lead role at the interface between product engineering and factory, you will build and lead a small team of turbocharger engineering support specialists. Your team will support our Swiss factory and supply chain operations with product-specific expertise and engineering decisions in daily operations. It will also provide technical expertise and engineering key account support for our global manufacturing network, with a primary focus on China. You will establish this team within the department “Product Development & Care High Speed Turbocharger”. As the team will remain small, you will combine leadership responsibilities with hands-on operational work. You will collaborate closely with supply chain quality and factory teams and strengthen cooperation across organizational boundaries.
