04Manages team (individuals); develops capability in direct reports; conducts performance management.

05Accountable to deliver team objectives and to drive local TRD / TRD QA objectives.

06Actively drive the TRD QA strategy in scope for NCE Basel.

07Represents TRD QA in local TRD Leadership teams as appropriate.

08Works with partners in Quality, TRD and Operations to provide quality oversight.

09Provides expertise and guidance in interpreting applicable Novartis standards.

10Supports the TRD Platform Head to continuously improve ways-of-working.
