↳Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Design, Packaging, Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
↳Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Artwork Management, Artwork Coordination, Design, Labelling, Supply Chain or a related function.
↳Experience with process definition, implementation and/or continuous improvement is highly desirable.
↳Strong understanding of Artwork Management processes and systems; experience with GLAMS or a comparable Artwork Management System is highly desirable.
↳Experience working with external design partners, agencies, vendors or other service providers is an advantage.
↳Experience in the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry is advantageous but not required.
↳Green Belt, Lean, Operational Excellence or equivalent certification is an advantage.
↳Fluent English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
↳Strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
↳Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.
↳High degree of flexibility, curiosity and self-learning capability, with the ability to quickly build expertise in new systems and processes.
↳Comfortable working in an evolving environment, where processes and responsibilities continue to develop.
