Support workforce planning activities, including recruitment, succession planning and capability building. Drive talent development initiatives such as career planning, mobility, upskilling and reskilling programmes. Advise on complex employee relations matters, including performance issues, grievances, conflict resolution and long-term absence cases. Promote employee engagement, well-being, diversity and inclusion initiatives. Analyse HR metrics and workforce trends to support data-driven decision making. Support recruitment and onboarding activities for designated business areas. Build strong stakeholder relationships and align HR priorities with business objectives.
