Deine Aufgabe

Als Assistant Manager / Manager im Bereich Audit & Assurance Financial Services – Banking & Asset Management in Bern oder Zürich bist du für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:

Fachliche Verantwortung bei der Rechnungs- und Aufsichtsprüfungen für nationale und internationale Banken und andere in der Finanzdienstleistung tätige Unternehmen inkl. FinTech (OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER)
Durchführung von internen Revisionen sowie Spezialprüfungen nach ISAE 3402 und PS 950
Durchführen und Unterstützen von Beratungsmandaten im Bereich der Kontrollfunktionen (Compliance und Risikomanagement), Finance Transformation oder Projektmanagement bei Unternehmen des Finanzsektors
Unterstützung in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Audit-Tools und Durchführung von internen Schulungen
Führung des Projektteams vor Ort inkl. Coaching, Zielvereinbarung und Zielerreichung
Aktive Rolle bei Initiativen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen und Ausbau des Bankings & Asset Management Teams

Aufgaben

Technical responsibility for accounting and regulatory audits for national and international banks and other financial service companies including FinTech
Conducting internal audits and special audits according to ISAE 3402 and PS 950
Conducting and supporting consulting mandates in the area of control functions (compliance and risk management), finance transformation or project management in financial sector companies
Support in the further development of our audit tools and conducting internal training
Leading the project team on-site including coaching, goal setting and achievement
Active role in initiatives to further develop our services and expand the Banking & Asset Management team

Anforderungen

4-6 years of relevant professional experience in accounting and regulatory auditing of FINMA regulated institutions (banks and/or asset managers)
Completed training (or close to completion) as a Swiss certified auditor
Motivated and interested in advancing your career in a leading role in auditing and consulting in an innovative and fast-growing environment
Experience in consulting mandates (risk management, internal control system, compliance, etc.), finance transformation or project management is an advantage
Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
Experience in leading a team and developing business activities is an advantage
