The role
0301Prepare specifications for gas turbine control systems and components;
02Establish and maintain design rules in compliance with technical requirements and applicable codes & standards;
03Engineer field loops for sensors and actuators;
04Initiate and support the preparation of design, manufacturing and commissioning documentation;
05Configure and customize the gas turbine control system according to project requirements;
06Facilitate procurement activities and supplier selection with technical expertise;
07Support and supervise suppliers during project execution;
08Specify and conduct factory acceptance tests;
09Provide troubleshooting assistance during erection and commissioning;
10Conduct hand-over to service organization.
Requirements
↳Degree in electrical or automation engineering;
↳At least 5 years of experience in designing & executing control & automation systems for power or process plants;
↳Good acquaintance with industrial automation products & components;
↳Expertise in I&C loop and bus network design;
↳Familiarity with applicable codes and standards;
↳Proficiency in working with integrated planning & engineering tools (preferably EPLAN);
↳Knowledge of functional safety and cyber-security is a plus;
↳Strong commitment to deliver according to quality, time and cost targets;
↳Team player;
↳Excellent command of English, German is an advantage, further knowledge of Italian would be an asset.
