03Business Unit Controller (m/w/d) Business Unit Controller (m/w/d) - P&L/ balance sheet/ financial models/ Cash flow/ SAP FI/CO / English/German / French For our customer, An Aerospace company based in Zurich we are looking for a highly qualified Business Unit Controller (f/m/d).
01• Act as sparring partner for the Business Unit in all financial matters
02• Drive P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow performance together with BU leadership. Control the business with key performance indicators that drive the success of the unit, providing high transparency and consistency
03• Prepare and communicate monthly financial reporting to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
04• Review and challenge project performance and evaluate the risks and opportunities in close collaboration with BU Program Management.
05• Conduct cost center reviews with the BU's functional leaders and evaluate cost-improvement opportunities.
06• Understands the dynamics and dependencies of the cash flows of the units and has the influence into the organization to drive it
07• Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
08• Build financial models and business cases for internal initiatives, including CAPEX, and external customer projects.
09• Perform make-or-buy assessments and manage CAPEX processes.
10• Support internal and external audits by preparing financial documentation, responding to audit requests, and following up on agreed actions.
