Chargé-e de Comptes Global Custody (80-100%) Le/la Chargé-e de Clientèle Global Assets est responsable de la gestion opérationnelle d'un portefeuille de clients institutionnels et privés dans le domaine de l'asset servicing. Il assure la mise en place de solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients et la passation d'ordres de bourse. Il joue un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement des processus quotidiens et dans l'optimisation de la qualité du service offert en favorisant et facilitant les échanges à travers les différentes équipes de support de la banque.

Responsabilités

Manage stock and FX operations, settlement tracking, OST, payments, cash management, cash flows Private Equity (PE) and consolidate assets (asset aggregation).
Ensure the accuracy of operations.
Enter banking transactions accurately and within deadlines.
Open accounts and coordinate the setup with our support teams and third-party providers.
Keep client files up to date, ensuring complete and accurate documentation, in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Review financial reports to ensure their accuracy before transmission to clients and stakeholders.
Improve client request tracking: prioritize, acknowledge receipt, and deliver responses in optimal timeframes.
Maintain impeccable service quality by remaining solution-oriented and demonstrating a strong customer service mindset.
Propose and implement process improvement solutions while ensuring team efficiency.
Meet and communicate proactively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address their specific needs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external managers and representatives of our clients.

Exigences

3-5 years of experience in the asset servicing sector, preferably with institutional and private clients.
Good knowledge of financial operations (stock exchange, settlements, cash management, PE, transparent funds).
Fluent in French and English.
Fluent in German would be an asset.
Ability to work under pressure with rigor and meticulousness.
Intellectual curiosity and openness to learning new processes.
Great agility to adapt to changing client needs.
Team spirit and strong customer orientation.
