Responsibilities

Integrate a multidisciplinary, skilled and motivated team to develop regionally significant projects in the field of structures
Direct and operational participation in the development of assigned projects from a technical perspective
Project management respecting cost, quality and deadline objectives
Technical supervision and support of the project team
Technical control of projects, calculations, plans and proposed solutions
Participation in acquiring new mandates
Support the team leader in following existing clients and developing new client relationships
Promote and integrate sustainable development principles in reflections and analyses

Requirements

Holder of a degree EPF/HES in civil engineering (or equivalent)
At least 10 years of professional experience as a senior engineer in the field of structure
Notable project references, ideally as a project manager
Passion and strong orientation for technical work and good implementation
Good command of the French language (oral and written)
Ease in human contacts
Good experience with public projects, associated procedures and requirements of public clients
Work independently, show dynamism, good organizational skills and enjoy teamwork
