Aufgaben

Pilot large-scale projects from pre-study to administrative closure, including studies, tenders, and execution, in the field of district heating and cooling (production plants)
Ensure contact with clients, as well as planning and developing offers
Provide technical expertise and ensure proper execution of projects
Monitor works and participate in various meetings
Ensure technical-financial management of projects
Guarantee the application of new standards and regulations in the field
Be the main contact for clients and lead coordination from design to completion of projects
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team through technological monitoring and proposing innovative solutions
Assist in the commercial development of energy networks and infrastructure activities in the German-speaking region of Switzerland
Develop prospecting and acquire new clients in Switzerland, with the support of the Group Leader

Anforderungen

Engineering degree (EPF, HES or equivalent) in energy or thermal engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
Solid expertise in energy strategies, territorial concepts, and feasibility studies (renewable energies, heat networks, tempered loops, etc.)
Experience in project management assistance (AMO), network audits, and CAD
Ability to provide strong technical added value through your experience and network, particularly with public actors and the energy sector
Dynamic, proactive, and innovation-oriented personality, with a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent organization and ability to work both in a multidisciplinary team and autonomously
Very good interpersonal skills, facilitating exchanges with clients, partners, and colleagues
Native French speaker, good level of English, German an asset
