## Your tasks ##
Design and develop a family of low-area, low-power Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) for next-generation pixel readout chips used in XFEL and synchrotron applications
Contribute to the design, testing, and characterization of both prototype and full-scale readout chips
Explore and optimize ADC performance parameters before and after tape-out
Develop fast and accurate calibration schemes for ADC systems
Collaborate with team members on the integration of ADCs into chip and system architectures
Support the advancement of high-performance readout solutions for cutting-edge photon science facilities and experiments

Requirements
↳* Master's or PhD degree in Electronics, Physics, or a related field with experience in chip design
↳* Experience in analogue integrated circuit (IC) design, ideally for hybrid pixel detectors and Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs)
↳* Knowledge of ASIC testing and characterization, including corresponding data analysis and interpretation
↳* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary English-speaking research environment
↳* Motivation to contribute new ideas and take initiative in innovative development projects
