03What you'll do
- Manage daily cash and collateral activities within the Global Treasury team based in Zurich
- Manage cash and non-cash collateral across OTC, ETD, GMSLA, GMRA, TCM, CTA, and other exposures
- Manage relationships with external collateral counterparties and service providers, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all day-to-day collateral processes are performed accurately and within required timeframes, including the resolution of ad hoc queries and requests
- Take ownership of breaks, reconciliations, disputes and other operational issues, ensuring timely investigation and resolution
- Monitor collateral positions and identify potential operational, liquidity and counterparty risks, escalating issues where appropriate
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the collateral management infrastructure, including triparty collateral management, automation and process improvements
- Identify optimization opportunities to improve processes, controls and efficiency within the collateral management function and support the implementation of agreed solutions
- Act as a key point of contact between clients, internal business partners and operations, ensuring effective coordination and communication
- Support and share knowledge with other team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to collateral management, securities finance and operational change
