03For one of our clients - an international company based in Geneva (airport) - we are looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Manager to strengthen its Finance team. In this strategic role, you will lead the group consolidation process, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and support the delivery of high-quality financial information in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
01Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process.
02Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
03Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities.
04Manage financial accounting and reporting activities under IFRS, Swiss GAAP and local statutory frameworks.
05Perform intercompany reconciliations and oversee the elimination of intragroup transactions.
06Coordinate month-end and year-end closings, including balance sheet reviews and multi-currency reconciliations.
07Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide meaningful insights to management.
08Support external and internal audits and maintain a strong internal control environment.
09Oversee statutory reporting obligations and liaise with local finance teams.
10Contribute to treasury-related activities, including cash-flow reporting, liquidity monitoring, and foreign exchange exposure analysis.
11Support tax reporting and compliance requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
12Drive continuous improvements in consolidation, reporting processes and financial systems.
