The Role Location: Zurich Type: Full Time Contract type: Permanent Exciting opportunity to join PureGym as the Cost Manager! As a Cost Manager (Kalkulator), you will be fully accountable for preparing, managing, and reporting all financial costs connected to property-related capital expenditures including new gym development and existing gym investments (c.a. 10 – 20 projects per year). You will work closely with Swiss Property, Procurement, Finance, and Senior group stakeholders to drive cost effectiveness on key strategic initiatives.
