04As a Freelance Data Center Technician, you will play a key role in delivering on-demand support to our global data centers.
01Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and other hardware to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime.
02Monitor data center operations both remotely and on-site, quickly diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
03Configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices, including Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls.
04Manage and troubleshoot both Linux and Windows-based systems, performing essential updates, patches, and security enhancements.
05Document all installations, repairs, maintenance tasks, and system performance.
06Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the integrity of the data center infrastructure.
07Collaborate with remote IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance data center operations.
