Primary Function of Position: The Director, Cardiac Surgery – Worldwide Indirect is responsible for developing and scaling Intuitive’s cardiac surgery ecosystem across global indirect markets. This position serves as the commercial and strategic leader for cardiac surgery within the Worldwide Indirect organization and partners closely with distributor organizations, regional leadership, marketing, training, clinical affairs, product management, and global cardiac teams. The role serves as a multiplier by connecting global expertise, developing local capabilities, and enabling distributors and Key Opinion Leaders to build durable cardiac programs that improve patient outcomes and create sustainable growth.
