0301Lead major portfolio analytics workstreams, including portfolio reviews, long-range portfolio assessments, prioritization exercises, TA/franchise analyses, and enterprise-level portfolio decision support.
02Shape analytical methodologies for portfolio prioritization, valuation, risk, scenario planning, pipeline sizing, value optimization, and related portfolio decision questions.
03Provide senior stakeholders with clear interpretation of portfolio dynamics, risks, opportunities, trade-offs, and implications for investment, prioritization, and strategic planning.
04Serve as a senior PDA thought partner for enterprise, franchise, TA, and EPI stakeholders.
05Lead development of senior-ready materials that synthesize complex portfolio analyses into clear recommendations and decision narratives.
06Mentor Associate Directors and other PDA colleagues in analytical framing, communication, stakeholder management, and portfolio methodology.
07Drive continuous improvement of PDA tools, systems, reporting, and analytical standards.
