Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and electrical manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge railway environment. You'll report to the Site Process & Manufacturing Engineering Manager and work alongside proactive and agile teammates. You'll lead the Electrical Process & Methods team, drive industrialization activities, ensure robust electrical manufacturing processes and support operational excellence across the site. We're looking for a hands-on leader who combines strong electrical manufacturing expertise with a proactive mindset. The successful candidate will be expected to drive change, challenge existing practices, inspire teams and actively contribute to the transformation and continuous improvement of Villeneuve's industrial performance. You'll specifically take care of electrical manufacturing engineering activities, including wiring harness manufacturing, electrical integration, crimping, shielding, grounding, special processes and industrial performance.
