Responsibilities

You are the first point of contact for clients from the pharmaceutical and chemical industries regarding projects related to process plants, clean rooms, automation systems, and electrical special infrastructures.
You independently manage industrial projects from the initial offer to the final billing and handover to the client.
You lead and coordinate your project team (both technically and organizationally) and plan the required personnel deployment.
You keep your knowledge up to date by regularly attending specialist lectures and trade fairs and represent the company in the region.
Through your proactive and professional support, you build strong, trusting, and sustainable customer relationships.

Requirements

Completed basic training in electrical engineering and completed further training or in the last year of training as an electrical project manager.
At least three years of professional experience as an electrician in the field of complex technical systems.
Solid expertise in GMP, applicable industry standards, and industry-specific regulations.
Good German language skills in spoken and written form; French skills would be an advantage (not a must).
You see the big picture, think networked, connect different aspects and information, make informed and sustainable decisions, and drive projects in industrial environments such as factories, production facilities, and specialized research institutions.
