↳Hands-on experience developing embedded or systems-level software in a professional setting
↳Experience with real-time Linux (PREEMPT_RT) or a comparable RTOS
↳Experience with hardware communication protocols: CAN bus (required)
↳Practical understanding of real-time constraints: latency, jitter, task scheduling
↳Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on Rust; solid grasp of ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, traits and error handling
↳Comfortable with asynchronous programming in Rust, as well as experienced with Linux and familiarity with embedded build/debug tooling
↳University degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent
↳Excellent communication and teamwork skills; willingness to write good documentation and drive work to conclusion, highly motivated, deadline-focused, with a proactive and thorough way of working
↳Willingness to work in a regulated environment (medical device, automotive, aerospace or industrial safety) and follow structured development processes
↳Fluent in English
