Manage and oversee risk across our exotic trading books, actively driving P&L through disciplined positioning Execute and manage trading strategies on complex exotic structures, ensuring efficient hedging and risk allocation Ensure robust, consistent pricing and marking standards Deliver high-quality execution and responsiveness to internal stakeholders and clients Play a key role in growing the business, identifying opportunities to expand product offering, flows, and client activity, working with colleagues across all continents Actively contribute to the scaling of the franchise, supported by strong internal resources Work closely with Sales, Structuring, and Technology to enhance trading capabilities
