You’ll explore cafes, markets, local shops, and other everyday venues while observing how people pay in different environments. Your feedback will help improve a digital payment experience designed specifically for travelers across Southeast Asia. The role combines real-world exploration, lightweight research, customer empathy, and direct product feedback. You’ll work independently, gathering practical insights from the places you already visit as part of your travels.
