This position is in Cargill-s Ocean Transportation business within our Ag and Trading enterprise. The Trader will be responsible for developing a parceling book within their region, managing customers and the physical execution of the program. The role requires an entrepreneurial and inquisitive mindset - eager to explore opportunities and creatively find solutions to optimize logistics. Through this optimization and by taking a trading view the trader will independently generate a regional P&L while contributing to the broader desk strategy and stepping into wider responsibilities when required. Because of the variety in execution methods the role offers exposure to multiple vessel classes, from small Handys up to Babycapes as well as the opportunity to develop regional and global trading views.
