The role

01Build your portfolio of potential clients through research across internal and external databases, websites, industry networks, and social media.
02Proactively engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and meetings (both virtual and face-to-face), converting opportunities into long-term ACS customers.
03Build strong relationships with airlines and commercial aircraft operators to source the most suitable aircraft solutions for your clients' requirements.
04Develop and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
05Consistently exceed sales activity, revenue, and performance targets.
06Manage charter bookings from initial enquiry through to successful completion.
07Represent ACS during flight departures, overseeing operations and ensuring a seamless client experience.
08Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where no two days are the same.
Requirements
↳Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services - desired
↳Excellent customer service skills
↳Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships
↳Proven track record of working towards sales targets and KPIs
↳Outstanding attention to detail
↳Strong communications skills both verbally and in writing
↳*Must be able to travel frequently & often at short notice*
↳*Valid drivers license required*
