↳Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
↳CPA or relevant professional certification (including those in progress) is a plus
↳3+ years of work experience in accounting, reporting and finance. Having worked in a large international business would be an advantage.
↳Basic knowledge of accounting and reporting standards, e.g. IFRS and Swiss GAAP (OR)
↳Experience in using financial software, ERP and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, HFM, or similar)
↳Working knowledge in data analytics and interpretation using statistical analysis and data visualization tools, primarily MS Excel, R and Power BI, SQL is a plus
↳Tech savvy, including interest in learning and developing automation, AI and analytical finance tools.
