Lead the international Group Tax function and define its strategy, roadmap, operating model and risk framework. Advise the CFO, Deputy CFO and senior leadership on major tax risks, opportunities and business decisions. Build and continuously enhance a scalable and well-governed tax operating model across HQ, the SSC and the wider Group. Lead and develop the Group Tax team, ensuring clear responsibilities, effective collaboration and sustainable capabilities. Oversee tax compliance and reporting across all relevant tax disciplines, including corporate tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing and Pillar Two. Lead the management of material tax positions, audits and tax controversy, and maintain relationships with tax authorities, auditors and external advisers. Provide strategic tax leadership on major EPC projects, contracts, financing transactions, M&A, post-merger integrations and cross-border restructuring. Drive tax transformation through governance, controls, KPIs, technology, data, automation, digitalisation and IFS/OneERP.
