- Providing professional, personalised consultations and hair services tailored to our guests- individual needs and preferences
- Performing colouring services with confidence, precision and a high level of technical expertise
- Recommending and selling selected premium wellness, beauty and haircare products
- Ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation and guest care in line with the standards of a five-star luxury hotel
