04Swisslinx is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to take overall responsibility for the Finance function in Zurich and play a key role in its strategic and operational development.
01Take overall responsibility for the Finance function in Zurich.
02Develop and implement the financial strategy in close collaboration with the Managing Director and wider management team.
03Act as a trusted financial business partner, providing insight and guidance on strategic and commercial decisions.
04Analyse business performance and proactively identify financial opportunities, risks and areas for improvement.
05Continuously develop and optimise finance processes, structures, systems and management tools.
06Support the business in driving sustainable growth, profitability and operational efficiency.
07Lead the budgeting, forecasting and medium-term financial planning processes.
08Prepare and continuously improve management and financial reporting.
09Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability and cash flow, providing clear insights and recommendations to management.
10Develop and monitor relevant financial and operational KPIs and business performance indicators.
11Conduct scenario modelling, business cases and profitability analyses.
12Ensure robust liquidity and cash-flow planning.
13Support group reporting requirements and ensure timely and accurate financial information is provided to relevant stakeholders.
14Oversee the Finance team's day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely financial records.
15Take responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes.
16Ensure compliance with Swiss statutory accounting, tax and regulatory requirements, as well as relevant internal group policies and controls.
17Support financial reporting and audit requirements arising from Swisslinx being part of a Nasdaq-listed group, including US GAAP reporting and audit requirements.
18Coordinate and manage annual audits under both applicable Swiss local requirements and group/US GAAP standards.
19Work closely with external auditors, fiduciaries, tax advisors and other financial service providers.
20Further develop the internal control environment, financial governance and risk-management framework.
21Lead, manage and develop the Finance team, with both functional and people-management responsibility.
22Build an efficient, high-performing and future-ready Finance organisation.
23Promote ownership, accountability, quality and continuous improvement within the team.
24Optimise collaboration and processes across Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, Legal and other business functions.
25Drive greater efficiency and automation across financial processes and reporting.
