As Head of IT Finance, you will shape the financial steering of Group IT at a pivotal moment for Helvetia Baloise. You will create transparency on IT costs, enable value-based investment decisions, and help steer the financial impact of our integration and transformation agenda. The role is part of the IT Strategy & Steering Leadership Team and works closely with Group IT leadership, Group Finance, Group Functions and Market Units. You will lead the Group IT Finance team, ensure reliable day-to-day financial steering, and further develop the team's capabilities, processes and governance model. You will establish a future-ready IT Finance steering approach that provides the cost transparency, financial discipline and management insight required to achieve our strategic goals. This includes harmonizing financial steering across the combined organization, supporting integration synergies and ensuring that Group IT investments are managed with a clear focus on value, efficiency and accountability.
