To strengthen our rapidly growing Data Center team, we are looking for a Health & Safety Supervisor (m/f/d) who is passionate about creating and maintaining a world-class safety culture on complex, high-profile mission-critical projects. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for supporting and monitoring all health, safety and environmental activities on site, ensuring compliance with Swiss regulations, client requirements and Implenia's high HSE standards. You will work closely with project management, subcontractors and client representatives to ensure that safety remains our highest priority throughout every phase of construction. The role reflects key responsibilities commonly found in leading international data center projects, including site inspections, contractor management, risk assessments, training, incident investigations and emergency preparedness.
