Responsibilities
Greet patrons immediately upon arrival, escort them to tables, and present menus.

Accurately estimate and communicate wait times to customers during busy periods.
Balance server workloads and manage table rotations for maximum efficiency.
Address guest complaints, handle special requests, and assist waitstaff as needed.
Ensure the reception and waiting areas are spotless, organized, and properly stocked.
