01Managing the operational employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, including HR administration
02Independently managing the complete payroll process for the Lugano location, from the preparation and processing of monthly payroll to the handling of withholding taxes, social insurance and payroll-related expenses, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll processing
03Advising, supporting and assisting employees and Team Leads with a wide range of HR-related matters and acting as a reliable contact person
04Supporting HR controlling through accurate data preparation, analyses, reports and regular controls
05Working closely with the Recruiting team on employment-related processes and ensuring a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding
06Contributing to the implementation of our HR roadmap, HR projects and the optimization of existing processes
07Ensuring the transfer of knowledge and providing training on HR processes and tools
Requirements
↳A completed Swiss HR qualification, such as HR Assistant and HR Specialist (Federal Diploma of Higher Education)
↳Excellent command of Italian, fluent English and good German
↳Several years of hands-on experience in Swiss HR administration and payroll processes, sound knowledge of Swiss employment law, social insurance, payroll and withholding taxes
↳Strong numerical acumen and an analytical, accurate and detail-oriented way of working
↳Experience with HR controlling, payroll data, reports and spreadsheets
↳Good advisory and communication skills, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
↳Sound knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of the Abacus ERP system is an advantage
