↳Extensive experience as a People & Culture Business Partner, People & Culture Manager or in a comparable management role.
↳A passion for people and a proven ability to develop organisations, leaders and teams while creating an engaging co-worker experience.
↳The confidence and maturity to influence, coach and challenge leaders and stakeholders, even without direct reporting lines.
↳Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape and manage multiple priorities.
↳Experience in developing and implementing strategic people initiatives, ideally within a global matrix organisation.
↳A solid understanding of key People & Culture processes, including performance management, talent and succession planning, co-worker relations, and Swiss labour law.
↳Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of another Swiss national language is a plus.
↳Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing collaboration in the office with independent work from home.
