↳A BSc/MSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
↳Hands-on experience in HW/SW integration, unit- and system-level testing, or mechatronic troubleshooting
↳Experience in a regulated environment (such as MedTech, Diagnostics, IVD, or GxP) is a strong advantage
↳A deep understanding of mechatronics (the physical interplay between mechanics and electronics) and its interaction with firmware and software
↳Experience in scripting or programming for test execution and automation
↳Comfort and experience working in a Linux environment
↳Mindset: A curious investigator who loves to figure out how complex systems work under the hood
↳A strong interest in emerging technologies and are eager to explore how AI-assisted tools can be leveraged to optimize hardware testing and data analysis
↳The person works precisely and persistently, communicating technical findings with empathy and clarity to foster collaborative solutions
↳Fluency in English is required; German is a great advantage for local collaboration
