The role

011st and 2nd level support as well as installation and maintenance of end devices, Microsoft 365 and ICT applications.
02Administration and further development of the ICT environment including Microsoft 365, IAM, Intune, network, endpoint protection and licences.
03Participation in ICT projects, rollouts and migrations as well as automation and further development of ICT processes.
04Collaboration with specialist departments and IT service providers as well as training of employees; deputy for the IT manager.
05Support and further development of specialist applications, especially KLIBnet and KESBweb, including support, administration, interfaces and updates.
Requirements
↳Training as an ICT specialist EFZ or computer scientist EFZ as well as further training in system technology, network support and software distribution.
↳Experience in 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting and administration of ICT environments.
↳Confident handling of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune; specialist applications KLIBnet and KESBweb are an advantage.
↳Structured, solution-oriented and efficient working style with a sense of responsibility.
↳Independent, reliable personality with team spirit, service orientation and enthusiasm for technological development.
↳Driving licence is an advantage
