↳You bring credible CNC, machine-tool, applications or closely related industrial experience.
↳You work fluently in both business English and French.
↳You are ready to be based in Moutier; this is not a remote position.
↳You accept frequent international travel - approximately 50% on average - including evenings or weekends when schedules require it.
↳You want to lead distributors and customers as an individual contributor, with no direct reports.
↳Strong grounding in polymechanics, CNC machining, mechanics, production engineering, manufacturing technology or a comparable field.
↳Ability to read technical drawings and discuss machining sequences, tolerances, tooling and cycle time.
↳Swiss-type turning, multi-spindle, cutting-tool, automation or precision-manufacturing experience is a strong advantage.
↳Track record in technical sales, applications, industrial equipment, business development or distributor management.
↳Able to qualify opportunities, negotiate value, protect margin and identify commercial or contractual risks.
