01First and second level ICT support for our customers via telephone and email (ticket) (D/E/F)
02Support for private and business customers
03Diagnosis and troubleshooting of internet and network problems
04Interface between customers and engineering
05Recording and further processing of fault tickets with our suppliers
06Customer advice via telephone and email (D/E/F) regarding hardware and network
07Creating and revising support documentation
08Technical support for the residential products sales team
09Participation in projects
Requirements
↳Graduate of an IT training or further education and/or completed vocational training in the technical field
↳Initial IT and network knowledge is an advantage
↳You enjoy working in a team and are communicative
↳German: very good oral and written skills
↳English: good oral and written skills (French is an advantage)
↳Other foreign languages welcome
