What You'll Do Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and operational stakeholders across multiple functions Serve as the primary interface between business teams and IT, ensuring clear communication of priorities, opportunities, and challenges Conduct business analysis for new and emerging technology demand, translating ambiguous requirements into actionable opportunities Identify and champion Generative AI and CRM use cases that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes Advise stakeholders on modern technology capabilities and guide adoption of AI-enabled solutions Partner closely with commercial, medical, and affiliate teams to understand business priorities and recommend technology-driven improvements Facilitate stakeholder discussions, manage expectations, and proactively handle escalations Collaborate with peers across Europe to share best practices and scale successful solutions across affiliates Support demand intake, prioritization, change management activities, and governance processes Work with global IT subject matter experts and external partners to ensure successful delivery of business value
