The IT/OT Network & Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, governing, and operationalizing enterprise and industrial network infrastructure across IT and OT environments while directly supporting Bachem’s digital strategy (i.e. digital manufacturing, pharma 4.0 concepts), with a strong focus on project delivery (new planned Sisslerfeld site) and long-term operational ownership IT/OT Network & Infrastructure Engineer (a), 80 – 100%., The role acts as the key interface between Global IT, site teams, and project stakeholders, ensuring that all network and hosting components are aligned with corporate standards, security policies, and GxP regulations, while guaranteeing infrastructure readiness for project execution and sustainable operations In addition to architecture and delivery responsibilities, the role transitions into the on-site owner for IT run services, ensuring stable operations, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement after project completion.
