The role

01* Support the design of user-centered digital products and services.
02* Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma.
03* Take part in user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
04* Turn research findings and feedback into clear design improvements.
05* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, presenting and explaining your design decisions.
06* Contribute to our design system and shared UX practices as you take on more ownership.
Requirements
↳* A recently completed degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Interaction Design or a related field.
↳* Experience using Figma or a similar design tool.
↳* A good understanding of UX and UI design principles.
↳* Strong communicator with a collaborative, curious mindset and an interest in usability testing.
↳* Ideally, some hands-on design experience through internships, freelance work or personal projects.
↳* A portfolio that shows how you approach design problems, not only the final visuals.
