The role
0301Execute laboratory synthesis experiments safely and efficiently in line with project objectives and timelines
02Support process development work through experimental planning, data collection, observation and analysis
03Collaborate with process chemists and cross-functional teams to assess results and define next steps
04Maintain accurate electronic laboratory records and documentation in accordance with good documentation practices
05Support scale-up, troubleshooting and small-scale manufacturing activities, including non-GMP and GMP batches where required
06Maintain laboratory equipment, analytical instruments and work areas in a safe, operational and compliant condition
Requirements
↳Completed apprenticeship as a Laboratory Technician or equivalent scientific technical qualification
↳Practical experience in synthetic chemistry and hands-on laboratory work
↳Experience supporting process development, reaction scale-up or manufacturing-related activities
↳Good understanding of laboratory safety standards, HSE requirements and compliant working practices
↳Strong documentation, organisation and data-handling skills
