In Short As the Lead for Responsive & NOS Flows, you will serve as the operational command center for the Cadence/NOS program and continuous replenishment globally. The Cadence program is there to enable radically improved in-stock rates for On’s highest velocity items. Enabling On to achieve improved in-stock rates and lower overstock. As the Cadence product portfolio scales, you will ensure that the program will continue to run with absolute precision. Keeping global and regional stakeholders on-track to hit milestones timely and with precision. Reporting to the Head of Responsive Programs, you will support the build out of the operational backbone for this new End-to-End way of working, coordinate global milestones, and partner with systems teams to automate the processes where possible. To lay the foundation and support the scaling of these new business model, you will simplify complexity, reduce manual work, and shield the inline planning teams from adhoc work, allowing On to scale its responsive supply chain efficiently and deliver more of the right product to our consumers worldwide.
