MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Bilingual Learning Support Teacher provides flexible learning support services across the school according to operational needs. The role focuses on identifying students' learning needs and supporting them in achieving their full potential within the classroom environment whenever possible. The Learning Support Teacher collaborates closely with teachers, school leaders, parents, and external professionals to ensure that support strategies are aligned with individual student needs. In partnership with classroom teachers, the Learning Support Teacher develops and delivers targeted interventions that can, where appropriate, be integrated into regular classroom practice. This position offers flexible assignments based on the school's requirements and may involve supporting students across different year groups and learning support programmes.
