0401Partner with global Procurement teams as a trusted legal advisor on strategic sourcing initiatives.
02Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements for goods and services including technology, SaaS, AI and other digital solutions where required.
03Provide practical, risk-based legal guidance on commercial, operational, and governance matters.
04Support global projects and transactions while balancing legal risks with business objectives working independently and in collaboration with legal colleagues across jurisdictions.
05Deliver legal training and awareness sessions to Procurement and digital stakeholders.
06Identify, assess, and manage legal risks across procurement activities and technology-related projects.
07Assist in the management of disputes, dispute resolution matters and external counsel where appropriate.
08Collaborate across legal, compliance, and business teams to drive successful outcomes including supporting colleagues on cross-border matters requiring Swiss law expertise.
09Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of new legal technologies.
