The Operational Engineering Manager is a people-focused engineering leadership role, leading and developing an international team of around 30 Design and Analysis engineers at the heart of Beyond Gravity-s launcher activities in Switzerland. As part of a 60+ Engineering organization, the team contributes to the development of launcher structures and critical separation systems, from early concepts through detailed engineering, qualification and industrialization support.
